General Golf Cart Diagnostic

$110

Goal: Determine what is causing problems on your golf cart and recommend a specific service job.

A thorough system check — motor, controller, batteries, charger, and more — then a clear plan to fix it.

Battery Diagnostic

Goal: Find out why batteries are running improperly and estimate remaining life.

Full battery-set testing with hydrometer readings and a discharge test against manufacturer run times.

Battery Set Replacement

$110

Goal: Properly install a new battery set per the service manual.

Remove old batteries, clean and neutralize acid in the compartment, install the new set correctly.

Does not include the cost of new batteries.

Full Service / Annual Tune-Up

Goal: Identify items that need service or replacement before they become expensive repairs.

35-point inspection plus test drives to confirm the cart is running at its best.

Brake Service

$110

Goal: Restore a properly functioning brake system.

Inspect shoes, drums, pedal, adjustor, and springs; clean and adjust to spec. Motor-brake and model-specific notes apply for EZGO RXV and Yamaha Drive (G29).

Alignment Service

Goal: Improve driving feel and range — misalignment creates drag and wears batteries down.

Correct front-wheel toe and tire pressure, then confirm straight tracking. Lifted carts also get camber set within 1/8".

Gas Golf Cart Engine Service

$200

Goal: Keep gas carts running smoothly and prevent major engine damage. Recommended yearly.

Drain and refill oil; replace fuel filter, oil filter (if equipped), air filter, and spark plugs.
